深圳市城市管理局第19届国际植物学大会特设岗位专家招聘公告(中英文)
因筹备2017年在深圳举办的19届国际植物学大会科学研究和会务工作需要,深圳市城市管理局现面向海内外招聘国际资深被子植物分类专家、孢子植物系统生物学高级专家和细胞器基因组学高级专家各1名。设岗单位为我局直属事业单位深圳市仙湖植物园管理处,岗位聘期为两年。
一、仙湖植物园简介
仙湖植物园于1983年筹建, 2008年纳入中国科学院体系,为院地共建植物园。自成立以来,仙湖植物园致力于植物引种与驯化、生物多样性保护研究和植物科学知识普及,以及植物文化休闲等。截至目前,仙湖植物园已收集热带亚热带植物9000余种,建有23个植物专类区,组建了深圳市南亚热带植物多样性重点实验室,拥有30名高级职称专家的植物科研团队。2011年,第19届国际植物学大会落户深圳,仙湖植物园参与大会组织筹备工作。
二、招聘条件、岗位职责和薪酬待遇
(一) 基本条件

2、具有较强的组织管理能力,本领域工作具有创新性构想和战略性思维。

三、招聘程序
(一)接受报名

(二)资格审核,初步筛选
我局对照岗位要求进行资格审核,初步筛选出符合条件的人员。
(三)综合评估,确定人选
我局组织5-7名相关专家对符合条件人员的学术水平、科研能力、组织协调能力和团队建设能力等进行综合评估,择优确定拟聘人选,并报深圳市人力资源保障局核准备案。
(四)签订聘用合同
按照平等自愿、协商一致的原则,签订聘用合同和考核方式,确定双方的权利义务关系。
四、其它事项
(一)应聘者所提供的信息和材料必须完整、真实、有效,
否则取消其应聘资格。
(二)在签订聘用合同前,如拟聘人员自动放弃本职位,或拟聘人员的聘用资格被取消,可按综合评估排名顺序进行人员递补。

Announcement of multiple distinguished expert positions at the Urban Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality for the 19th International Botanical Congress
To enhance the research and organization of the 19th International Botanical Congress to be held at Shenzhen in 2017, The Urban Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality invites applications for three distinguished expert positions: 1) the international senior expert on angiosperm classification, 2) the senior expert on systematic biology of sporophytes plants, and 3) the senior expert of organellar genomics. These three positions, with the employment contract of two years, are hosted by the Shenzhen Fairylake Botanical Garden & Chinese Academy of Sciences, an institution directly affiliated to the Urban Management Bureau.
I. About the Fairylake Botanical Garden
The Fairy Lake Botanical Garden was founded in 1983. After being incorporated into the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2008, the garden began to be operated by both the CAS and Shenzhen government. Since established, the Fairylake Botanical Garden has been engaged in plant introduction and domestication, research on biodiversity conservation, education, etc. To date, the Garden has collected over 9,000 species from tropical and subtropical areas, cultivated in 23 featured areas, and as the Shenzhen Key Laboratory for Southern Subtropical Plant Diversity, which maintains an active botanical research team with 30 experts with senior titles. In 2011, Shenzhen was approved to host the 19th International Botanical Congress with Fairylake Botanical Garden being the main institution in preparing for the event.
II. Qualifications, duties and remunerations
(I) Qualifications
1. Observing laws and disciplines, honest and trust-worthy, with sound work ethics;
2. Have the ability of organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously; have innovative conception and strategic thinking in the field of work.
3. In good health, speak fluent English, and able to work in key research projects.

(I) Application directions
1. Application materials: Fill out the Application Form for Specially-appointed Experts (See Appendix), including the education and degree certificates, current job contracts, relevant proof materials, ID or passport, and a recent photo (2 inches, in color).
2. How to apply: Please send the required scanned materials in PFD to fairylake@szum.gov.cn.
3. Deadline for application: December 10, 2015.
(II) Qualification examination and preliminary screening
The Bureau will initiate qualification verification on the applicants in line with position requirements, and make a shortlist of eligible candidates through preliminary screening.
(III) Comprehensive evaluation and candidate selection
The Bureau will organize 5 to 7 related experts to comprehensively evaluate eligible candidates in terms of their academic level, capacity for scientific research, organization and coordination ability as well as team building ability and then determine the best-fitting person to be employed before submitting to the Shenzhen Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security for approving and filing.
(IV) Sign the employment contract
On an equal, voluntary and consensus basis, both parties will sign the employment contract and means of evaluation, which define rights and obligations of the two parties.

(I) The information and materials provided by the applicants should be complete, authentic and valid. Otherwise, will not be considered.
(II) In the case of a selected person rejects the offer before signing the contract, or that a person is no longer qualified, the position will be filled in the order of the ranking through the comprehensive evaluation.
