2.Chen Rugui, Mayor of Shenzhen, supervised epidemic prevention and control in Futian District. 

On Feb. 4, Chen Rugui, Mayor of Shenzhen and Executive Deputy Head of the Leading Group on Prevention and Control of the Pneumonia Outbreak Caused by the Novel Coronavirus, visited residence communities, urban villages, pharmacies, supermarkets and hotels in Futian District to supervise the implementation of measures to prevent and control the epidemic. 3.【Important Reminder】A 14-day mandatory quarantine on all arrivals to Hong Kong from the mainland since 00:00 February 8

On the afternoon of February 5, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region announced that from 00:00 February 8, all people entering Hong Kong from the mainland, including Hong Kong residents, residents of the mainland and other visitors, will be subject to a 14-day mandatory quarantine. 4.Some parks in Shenzhen have been temporarily closed, and Shenzhen Urban Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau is urging citizens and visitors to avoid visiting parks. 

A total of 20 parks in the city including Dameisha Seaside Park, Phoenix Mountain Forest Park, Fairy Lake Botanical Garden and Xiwan Mangrove Park have been temporarily closed with time to reopen yet to be decided. Though some parks are still open to the public, Shenzhen Urban Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau urges citizens and visitors to follow the advice of experts and avoid visiting parks at the moment. Those who want to enter a park shall wear a face mask and receive a body temperature check. 5.Shenzhen Metro has extended departure intervals to reduce train frequency.

In light of current situation of the epidemic prevention and control, extension of the Chinese New Year holiday and adjustment to the resumption time for enterprises in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen Metro has replaced the previous extended service time for all lines with the normal service time of 06:30-23:00 (06:30-23:30 for Line 11). The train frequency for all lines will be lower with intervals adjusted to 8-12 minutes. 6.High-speed trains between Shenzhen North Station and some stations have been suspended. 

From Feb. 5 to 7, high-speed train service for the following lines will be suspended: (1) Chaoshan-Guangzhou South G6319／8 and G6322／2 (suspended on Feb. 5 and 6); (2) Chaoshan-Guangzhou South G6343／2, G6307／6 and G6311／0 (suspended on Feb. 6 and 7); (3) Shenzhen North-Changsha South G6020 (suspended on Feb. 5 and 6). For travelers who bought tickets with cash or those who have collected paper tickets (and invoices for reimbursement) by 24:00 of Jan. 27 and could not go to train stations for refunds under current circumstances, railway authorities will postpone their refunding deadline. 7.Closed management is required for all managed property areas during the outbreak of the epidemic. Couriers and food delivery persons are not allowed to enter residence communities, and all clubs and playrooms in residence communities shall be closed. 

On Feb. 4, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province issued The Guideline on Work on Prevention and Control of the Pneumonia Outbreak Caused by the Novel Coronavirus for Managed Property Areas in Guangdong Province (Trial) and required all property service enterprises to carry out epidemic prevention and control measures in properties as stipulated by the Guideline. According to the Guideline, closed management is required for all managed property areas, and persons who are neither owners nor renters of properties in a residence community (which include but are not limited to couriers and food delivery persons) and their vehicles will not be allowed to enter the residence community. All deliveries shall be sent to a designated site for temporary storage and be picked up by the customer him/herself. Public places in a residence community such as clubs and playrooms for the elderly shall be closed. 　　疫情期间对物业管理区域实施封闭管理。快递、外卖员不得进小区，关闭小区会所、活动室等：2月4日，广东省住建厅印发《广东省物业管理区域新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作指引（试行）》，要求物业服务企业管理的项目按此指引执行疫情防控工作。《指引》提出，对物业管理区域实施封闭管理，限制非本小区业主或使用人及车辆进入物业管理区域（包括但不限于快递员、外卖员等人群及其车辆）。快递公司、外卖等所配送的物品应送至指定存放区域进行临时存放，由客户自行领取。关闭小区会所、老人活动室等人员聚集场所，小区电梯每天消毒四次以上。【来源：广东省住房和城乡建设厅】
