1. Shenzhen should leverage its advantage as an innovative international city and strengthen cooperation with international organizations such as the WHO. On February 28, Wang Weizhong, Secretary of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee. During the meeting, it was emphasized that Shenzhen should press ahead with work and production resumption, and restore maximum production capacity in a proper and targeted manner, striving to achieve both victories in epidemic prevention and control as well as economic and social development. 2. The Third Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen published the English version of the "Diagnosis and Treatment Plan of COVID-19". 3. Shenzhen has launched a“customized travel platform for returneesback to work in Shenzhen”to ensure safe travel for citizens. Shenzhen Bus Group has launched a“customized travel platform for returnees back to work in Shenzhen”to provide safe and high-quality public transportation to guarantee the resumption of work and production, and offer the citizens with more reassurance and ease of travel. Enterprises resuming production can access three customized services including “one-stop intercity special line from a designated location to Shenzhen”, “point-to-point customized intracity shuttle bus” and “express bus for epidemic prevention and work resumption” on this platform. 4. Shenzhen Airport has gradually resumed more than 2400 flights. With the positive outlook on the epidemic prevention and control, enterprises and factories have resumed work in an orderly manner and a large number of students are about to return to schools. In order to ensure smooth return trips to work and school, Shenzhen Airport has proactively mobilized major Shenzhen-based airlines to resume flights. The rent cut and exemptionby state-owned assets and enterprises have exceed 1.35 billion yuan.The policy on property rent cut and exemption among the 16 measures of Shenzhen to support enterprises during COVID-19 covers a wide range of areas and has attracted much attention from all walks of life. The Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) formulated and issued the Circular on the ComprehensiveImplementation of Measures of Shenzhen to Support Enterprises to Overcome Difficulties Brought by COVID-19, which results in a total of 1.35 billion yuan worth of rent cut and exemption as well as fees reduction by state-owned properties in and out of the city. 6. Temporary parking areas have been added on 141 roads in the city. In order to ensure the smooth resumption of work and production, Shenzhen traffic police have set up temporary parking areas during the epidemic on some roads and sections of the city based on the actual parking needs. If there are demands for temporary parking areas within residential communities or office complexes during the epidemic, citizens may file an application while the traffic police authority will pay a site visit accordingly and set up temporary parking areas after verification, all on the same day.
