　　2.Shenzhen Public Security Bureau released The Notice on Combating Illegal Actions and Crimes During the Prevention and Control Period of the Pneumonia Outbreak Caused by the Novel Coronavirus.

　　According to the Notice, 10 types of epidemic-related illegal actions and crimes found during the epidemic prevention and control period will be dealt with by public security authorities in the city in an extra strict, severe and fast manner. Some of these illegal actions and crimes include: 

　　(1) Refusing to receive isolated treatment or undergo prevention and control measures such as collective or self-monitored medical observation by patients, pathogen carriers or suspected patients of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus, those with close contact with persons listed above, or those travelling to Shenzhen from an epidemic outbreak area; 

　　(2) Breaking the rules stipulated by the people’s government and visiting public places or contacting other persons without telling them his/her health status by those who have been confirmed with infection or have been informed to undergo collective or self-monitored medical observation; 

　　(3) Fabricating and spreading epidemic-related rumors or giving false information that causes panic and disrupts social order; 

　　(4)Manufacturing or selling substandard medical devices, medical hygienic materials and other medical materials including masks, protective outfits and disinfectants;

　　Shenzhen, known as an innovation hub, is using its big data resources to fight against the novel coronavirus. People in the city can report their health conditions through the iShenzhen app from last Saturday. Nearly 200,000 people have registered and finished their reporting as of Tuesday. 　　4.Guangdong Province has issued the second notice on masks, updating requirements on wearing masks in public places in the province. 

　　According to the notice, people entering supermarkets and farm produce markets are now also required to wear a mask. Those who are in a spacious and well ventilated place in a non-epidemic outbreak area do not need to wear a mask, but those who are in a spacious and well ventilated place in an epidemic outbreak area are advised to wear a disposable medical mask.
