1、"防疫健康信息码"入境人员版可通过哪些证件进行注册?
全国一体化政务服务平台"防疫健康信息码"入境人员版主要为已在境内的港澳台同胞、外籍人士等无境内居民身份证入境人员提供个人健康信息查询和健康状态核验服务,入境人员可自愿领取,便利出行,并可随时注销。
可通过"普通护照"、"往来港澳通行证"、"往来台湾通行证"、"港澳居民来往内地通行证"、"台湾居民来往大陆通行证"、"外国人永久居留身份证"、"港澳居民居住证"、"台湾居民居住证"等八类证件进行注册。
2、暂时还未入境,是否可以提前进行注册?
"防疫健康信息码"入境人员版主要使用对象为已入境人员,暂未入境人员建议入境后再自愿注册。如在入境前注册,将无法获取健康码状态,入境12小时后健康码状态会自动更新。
3、注册时手机无法接收验证码怎么办?
注册账号时,如手机一直无法正常获取验证码,可按照系统提示使用电子邮箱获取验证码,完成账号注册。
4、绑定后一直提示"暂未查询到相关健康信息"怎么办?
可按照系统提示将相关材料发送至技术支持邮箱,由技术人员进行核验处理。
5、"防疫健康信息码"入境人员版显示的健康状态有效期是多久?可以截图使用吗?
每次查询健康状态的有效期为15分钟,15分钟后会自动更新,因此不可以截图使用。
6、是否需要每天进行打卡?忘记打卡是否有影响?
"防疫健康信息码"入境人员版显示的健康状态为系统综合判断。如果您出现发热等症状可以进行打卡,"防疫健康信息码"将根据您的打卡信息判断健康状况。如果身体无异常,您不需要打卡。
7、对"防疫健康信息码"入境人员版显示的健康状态有疑议怎么办?
如果对"防疫健康信息码"入境人员版显示的健康状态有疑议,可按照系统提示发送相关材料至技术支持邮箱,由技术人员核验处理。

The "Epidemic Prevention Health Information Code" for inbound visitors is mainly used by those who have already entered the country. It is recommended that those who have not yet entered the country register voluntarily after entering the country. If you register before entry, you will not be able to obtain the health code status. The health code status will be automatically updated 12 hours after entry.
3. What if the mobile phone cannot receive the verification code during registration?
When registering an account, if the phone fails to get the verification code normally, you can use the E-mail to get the verification code according to the system prompts and complete the account registration.
4. After binding, it is always prompted that "relevant health information has not been searched yet".
The relevant materials can be sent to the technical support mailbox according to the system prompts, and the technical personnel will conduct verification and processing.
5. How long is the validity period of the health status displayed in the entry health Information Code? Can I use the screenshot?
Each query for health status is valid for 15 minutes and will be updated automatically after 15 minutes, so screenshots are not allowed.
6. Do I need to clock in every day? Does forgetting to clock in matter?
The health status displayed in the entry "Epidemic Prevention Health Information Code" is the comprehensive judgment of the system. If you have fever or other symptoms, you can punch in.
